For ten years now Rex and Jewel have been wonderful friends
They have traveled together to seven different states
Played at the beach, hiked in the mountains
slept on my bed, destroyed hundreds of toys
chased untold numbers of lizards and critters
huddled together in winter and laid side by side in the summer sun
These two dogs have brought an incredible amount of love
and joy into our lives
They are perfectly behaved in public and well represent their breed
Rex and Jewel have been awesome ambassadors for the breed
This is Christmas day 2007 and Jewel is still going strong.

Jewel is a package of dynamite and love. She is the kind of dog that
